Seymour Transport specialises in the movement of Construction products. We have many vehicles equipped with mechanical offload facility in the form of lorry loaders (commonly known as Hiab) and Truck Mounted Forklift (commonly known as Moffett).
Our Lorry loader fleet has various special attachments designed to pick up wire reinforcing steel mesh, concrete floor beams and brick and block products. This enables these types of materials to be delivered safely on-site without causing onsite downtime or bringing expensive offload equipment in to unload vehicles.
Our truck-mounted forklifts offer a similar solution however with just having a standard fork set up they are able to be used in many sectors where the material is stacked on timbers or pallets. This is a good option where onsite forklifts or telehandlers are not available for the loading or unloading process.
We can offer these services with FORS Silver and Crossrail compliant vehicles in both Artic and Rigid variants with a nationwide service offered from our Kent and Yorkshire operations.
